What happends if I change my mind, and no longer want hosting?If during the first 30 days you decide you no longer wish to use our hosting plan, a refund will be provided.
if the decision to leave the platform occurs after the 30 day period, the remaining hosting credits will be converted to site credits available for additional product purchases. -
I am using the scaling package, what happends if my usage goes beyond the executive plan?Should you reach the limits of your scaling plan, our team will review your needs and make suggestions as to best service them.
Shoudl you decide to continue with the scaling plan, it will bill your account on the cost of each additional Gigabyte of bandwidth and diskspace
